We are looking for a scheme manager to work on a scheme of supported housing properties in Bristol
The organisation are a provider of social and supported housing and manage a scheme of 30 properties in Bristol rented by residents with support needs
The role is to provide a support and housing management service to the residents to ensure they are able to remain living independently within the community
Duties Include
Take responsibility for the day to running of the scheme
Provide a responsive housing management and support service to the residents
Ensure the residents are able to remain living independently in the community
Liaise with care and support agencies where appropriate and coordinate maintenance and repairs on properties
Successful applicants will have a track record working in a supported housing environment as well as an understanding of the needs of vulnerable people The role is part time 20 hours per week...
