They are currently looking to recruit a Support and Housing Worker to join their Supported Housing Schemes in Yeovil Reporting to the Support and Housing Team Manager you will be responsible for the day to day housing management of vulnerable residents with diverse needs to provide a housing related support service
Working in partnership with external agencies and in accordance with statutory requirements you will enable individuals and their families to live safely and independently in the community
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role before and be experienced in supporting vulnerable adults You will hold a related qualification in social care andor mental health and you will be used to dealing with challenging behaviour and situations
