My client are currently looking for an RGN Home Manager who is looking for a challenge within a 45 bedded Nursing Home within Liverpool
Salary 32000 pa Essential skillsattributes Qualified RGN with current NMC registration Registered Management Award NVQ4 Previous managerial experience in a similar setting As part of your role as Home Manager in you will be expected to undertake the following
1Marketing of the home
2Management of carers
3Work with CQC and making sure home is performing in relation to minimum care standards
4Budget management of the home
5Disciplinaries appraisals supervisions
