An experienced Nursery Manager is required to manage a beautiful Nursery in North West London not far from Willesden Junction This setting requires the Nursery Manager to be qualified to Degree Level demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines maintain occupancy levels and ensure the Nursery meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
You will need strong Staff Management skills as the Nursery has recently undergone a period of change and therefore you will be required to ensure staff and parents feel reassured and supported You will be responsible for staff recruitment and retention as well as all daily paperwork meeting potential parents and ensuring the Nursery runs smoothly
