duties will include
Ordering data for Feasibility Service
Collation and distribution of data to colleagues client and third parties
Assist in the production of Feasibility reports
Maintenance of data on central server
Archiving of informationdocumentation and retrieval of same
Completion of Purchase Orders
Responsibility for photocopiersfacsimilespostal machine
Dealing with incoming phone callspostfaxesemail
Cover for the Feasibility Manager in their absence
Cover for the Receptionist during lunch breaks and absence
