They are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Advisor to join their Customer Accounts Team in Chippenham
Supporting and assisting customers in minimising and repaying rent arrears and other debts you will advise on income maximisation and budgeting and assist customers with completing benefit applications With a good working knowledge of benefits legislation and debt recovery you will liaise with local authorities and external agencies to manage and recover customer arrears and debts
With excellent communication and organisational skills you will provide a key frontline service building positive relationships with customers external partners and stakeholders
