Customer Service Roles in the optical industry Kettering The Customer Services Officer will be part of a busy and growing team providing a proactive and comprehensive customer support service within the optical product supply teams out of our clients site that is based in Northamptonshire
With experience as an Optical Assistant or Laboratory Technician you will also be a highly organised individual able to manage and prioritise a varied workload for which attention to detail is essential An excellent telephone manner is required to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new optical customers
The candidate needs to have experience in customer service and needs to be confident using a computer Candidates should have some experience of working within the optical industryhave some basic optical knowledge Due to the nature of the business multi lingual candidates especially Dutch Spanish or Hungarian will be highly desirable
