The effective management of the training centre
To lead and manage a team Trainers Assessors Employer Engagement
Consultants
To manage both your own and staff Continuous Professional Development
Staff recruitment
Manage staff reviews and disciplinary process
Maintain the centre KPI system
Assist in the management and renewal of College contracts
To ensure all paperwork is compliant starts reviews leavers and completions
Maintain regular contact with the College
Regular reports and meetings with the College
