Responsible for the complete delivery cycle of software orders from receipt of the contract to the delivery of the software to the client
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that the contract is signed and authorised by CEO or CFO Create details and input all contract details including company name address contact details licenses dongle numbers prices of licenses and support mailing details and any contract notes or exceptions
Save pdf copy of contractorder form and attach to file Burn licenses to cd
Pack delivery securely include all dongles installation and licence cds manuals support notes and contracts Pass delivery to reception to arrange courier
Note and monitor delivery tracking Pass contract information to AR assistant for billing File contract and delivery details
