Cummins Mellor has the pleasure of working in partnership with a well established thriving Telecommunications organisation in order to help strengthen the success of a demanding proactive team This role will report in to the Sales Manager and will enable the successful candidate to have a very varied and challenging position with the business from day one
To thrive in this role you must be able to multi task and be methodical and organised in your approach This role demands a candidate who can up with answers not problems be able to think fast and take accountability for own decisions
Your main duties will be to manage regular client contact with major key accounts ensuring you are constantly keeping the team up to date with change and deadlines You will work across different disciplines and work closely with Sales Customer Support IT to ensure a focus is maintained and customers are always happy and informed
