Blueprint Recruitment specialist Building Services division is currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Associate for their client, based in Berkshire.
Our client is one of the largest consultancies in the UK and is currently seeking to recruit a Mechanical Associate.
The successful candidate will ideally posses the following experience, skills and attributes:
Sound Building Services background
Experience in the management and delivery of commercial office projects
Able to represent the business at all levels
Able to run multiple projects
Proven track record in profitable project development
Knowledge of energy strategies and skills in refurbishment
Degree qualified or equivalent
Chartered or working towards
Previous experience of leading a team
Sound technical knowledge
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Good influencing and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
