Project Quantity Surveyor is required for a established professional sub contractor on logistics projects nationwide based out of their Leeds office
As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing costs relating to building and logistics contracts on various projects This can be from the initial enquiry to the final account
You should seek to enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality
You will need to be familiar with the processes of estimating and tendering preparation and submissions of applications and subcontractor cost value reconciliation CVR
Travelling to various sites within the UK is an integral part of the role which includes reporting to the Commercial Manager at the companies Head Office in London and also attending staff meeting in London
Candidates will need to have experience of working on similar projects from procurement through to final account for this role
