We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to join a very busy team assisting with screening and selection of volunteers for a range of studies working closely with the volunteer recruitment and physician group to ensure studies are recruited for and in accordance with ICHGCP
Job demands
To work alongside physicians in the recruitment and screening of patients
To obtain informed written consent
Provide nursing input to study protocols
Actively assist the physicians of volunteers pre study
Clinical Unit responsibility
To work alongside physicians and clinical research nurses and any other unit staff
The post holder would be expected to attend meetings
Supervise studies to ensure ICHGCP guidelines are met
Perform all types of drug administration in accordance with clients SOPs
Monitor and report any adverse events
Ensure data is entered correctly onto CRFs
Ideally candidates should have
NMC registration
