Our Client is looking for an experienced Chef de Rang who is ready for their next step as Head Waiter in this idyllic 4 star Hotel in beautiful surroundings in West Sussex
You will be responsible to the Restaurant Manager and required to oversee the restaurant operation in their absence The team is small so therefore this is a very handson role
The Hotels restaurant seats 30 36 and offers private functions and weddings for up to 80 people It also has two rosettes
