You will Support ongoing improvement of in house manufacturing operations and also quality assurance of outsourced components through the application of both lean manufacturing and problem solving tools and techniques
The Role
Coordinating the Manufacturing Engineering and Production Technician team you will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of assemblymanufacturing processes to identify and action waste elimination through response to Takt time Variation
Define and Implement build processes with consideration to appropriate Health Safety and Quality standards Also produce appropriate supporting process documentation with particular attention to visual management techniques
Using a handson approach you will proactively utilise both lean principles and problem solving tools and techniques within the workplace to respond to Takt Time Variation and build quality issues
Lead or partake in problem solving teams aimed at process improvement
