We are currently Urgently looking for a Manager to join and head up the Estates Department on a healthcare contract in South West London working for a leading facilities company with an enviable portfolio of national contracts Ideally looking for someone with a background in operational management within healthcare or NHS sectors
As Manager you will be joining a highly motivated committed and enthusiastic team on a Newly awarded contract where in the main you will be responsible for managing Hard FM provisions day to day workload for contractors and internal technical and non technical staff plus ensuring a high standard of maintenance and repair is achieved
