IT service desk team leader based in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire managing between 810 1st 2nd service desk analysts The role will involve managing the 1st 2nd line analysts performing appraisals checking incidents ensure KPIs and SLAs are hit You will have an awareness of ITIL foundation and ideally SDI service desk certification and have experience of team leading service desk analysts The service desk analysts will work 7 day shift pattern but you will be requested to be on call 1 weekend in 6 Basic salary is c27000 benefits and there is a full job spec available Please send your CV to url removed in the 1st instance...
