Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker to join their Adoption and Fostering Team in South Wales The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years postqualifying experience of Adoption Fostering Service work and undertaking Form F assessments You must be a CCW or GSCC registered Social Worker to apply for this position
The role will require you to assess whether families are suitable for fostering or adopting children You will find long or shortterm fostering placements for children who come into care and find permanent new families for other children This will involve recruiting assessing and giving ongoing support to foster carers and adopters of children
