Our client based in Ferndown is seeking a Head Chef to join their busy Restaurant
You will be responsible for managing margins losses and standards whilst maintaining training leadership and the highest level of satisfaction
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised food preparationhandling qualification with proven experience within a head chef or similar role
It is also desirable that you hold a Basic food hygiene certificate CIEH Level 2 although this is not essential
