Our client based in Ferndown is seeking a Supervisor to join their busy Restaurant
You will be responsible for meeting company sales targets and objectives by guiding the Restaurant team whilst ensuring excellent customer services is provided through effective display and presentation of quality food and drink products at all times
You will also be required to actively support the Duty Manager function and support in recruitment and the induction of new Restaurant staff
The ideal candidate will have proven catering experience with excellent customer services skills
Although not essential it is desirable that you have previous team development experience along with knowledge of health and safetyfood safety legislation
