An excellent position has arisen within a well established Law firm based in Sheffield South Yorkshire My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their technical team you will provide internal 1st line support across multiple sites You should have a minimum of 6 months experience in a Helpdesk Service Desk environment working to ITIL standards and will ideally come from a lawlegal background or professional services for example finance insurance banking or trading My client is looking for someone who is professional and a first class communicator
