To undertake assigned HR cases relating to performance disciplinary absence management maternity paternity and flexible working
To carry out effective HR inductions and exit interviews
To be responsible for all their own correspondence and support the HR Advisors and HR Manager as required
To provide a visible proactive and approachable point of contact to all staff and managers to discuss all and any aspects of HR or personal issues
Interpret HR policies and good practise guidelines
To actively support and coach Managers or Supervisors through employee relation issues
To provide coversupport to the HR Administrators when required
Experience in a generalist HR role at a coorindator Advisor level
Ideally with CHRP or working towards CIPD qualification
