My client is current recruiting for RGN or RMN qualified nurses
The success candidates will be
RGN or RMN Qualified
You will have proven experience working in a nursing home or similar environment
You will have experience working with elderly client groups and client groups with Dementia and Physical Disabilities
You will excellent communication skills
You will responsible for ensuring a high standard of patient care is delivered in an effective efficient and flexible manner reflecting the overall philosophy of the service on a regular basis
Applicants will require the ability to be able to work well using their own initiative as well as being a member of a multidisciplinary team
