BRC are pleased to announce we are looking for a number of full time and part time staff to work with one of our clients in their Customer Service Department based in Rochford Essex These positions are on a temporary basis ongoing for 2 months with an immediate start
The client is looking for 4 full time and 4 part time Customer Services Officers who will be the first point of contact in a busy call centre environment within a housing association
The successful candidates will deliver a range of landlord services as well as handling the full range of housing related enquiries You will be working in partnership with a wide range of individuals and partner organisations to deliver continuously improving services Typical duties will include dealing with resident queries and service requests related to repairs as well as housing management issues
All applicants must have
Previous contact or call centre experience
An excellent telephone manner
Good PC skills
