My client a clothing retail store in Carmarthen now requires an assistant manager to join their team
You will assist the store manager in maximising business profitability by optimising sales opportunities whilst working within planned costs You will assist in the day to day operation of the store and deliver excellent customer service through staff training and personal example Deputising for the Store Manager when required
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of working within the retail sector ideally for a clothing company
Although this is an assistant manager position it isnt imperative that you have supervisory experience as full training will be given
