Stafffinders are working closely with one of our key clients to recruit an experienced General Manager for a luxury country house hotel in Scotland Although this property is set in a rural location it is ideally situated close to Glasgow and is also commutable from Ayrshire and Dumbartonshire areas
The candidate and role
You will be an experienced General Manager with a proven ability to lead your team by example with a stable and progressive employment history Candidates will be experienced in recruiting training and managing a diverse team to deliver a level customer service beyond expectations This is an extremely handson role and as such candidates will be required to maintain a strong Front of House presence
