MAIN DUTIES
Dutiesresponsibilities in order of priority
To locate and develop new Agents and Distributors in Middle East India
Produce and maintain a strategic plan to grow the Agent and Distributor network
To manage new and existing Agents and Distributors and be responsible for their training motivations performance and KPIs
To support house accounts in the area initiating an action plan to approach and secure new business for the company
Assist Agents and Distributors on sales calls and participate in regional Exhibitions
