To provide a comprehensive and proactive daytoday Personnel service to site management and employees Provide advise and support on company policies procedures legislation discipline grievance and best practice and support Managers during meetings when necessary
Proactively contribute to the development and delivery of HR projects Collect collate analyse and distribute key information Provide site recruitment support maintain employee personnel records deal with day to day HR Administration ensure the Ethical Trading Standards ETI Basecode are monitored and adhered to
The ideal candidate must have a proven record as an HR Generalist and ideally have worked within a fast moving environment preferably manufacturing The ability to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to work is essential
