A Domiciliary Care Manager is required for an award winning national organisation to manage their brand new service for Older People in and around Abergavenny Monmouthshire
As the Domiciliary Care Manager you will be responsible for the start up and development of a Domiciliary Care service that provides older people with a range of care and support in their own home
You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the service and ensure that individual care plans are created specific to each individual and offer valuable care and support at all times Initially you will also take full responsibility for the recruitment and training for all care workers this will allow you to ensure they share the same ethos on providing quality care
