The ideal candidate will be an existing Head chef You will be an Head Chef in a well established Restaurant or Gastro pub where all food is prepared from fresh everyday You will be a strong leader very ambitious and creative chef who is able to lead a team and put this Gastro back on the map as Head Chef
as the Head Chef you will be doing menu creation training and development of staff running the kitchen working and maintaining GPs sourcing ingredients liaising with suppliers and all other duties as required as the Head chef
