RGN qualified
Registered managers award or equivalent would be a bonus
Experience of managing people in a similar setting
A high level of personal integrity
About you
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRBPOVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
