Estimator Interior Fit Out Contracts High Street Retail Interiors West Midlands Up To 45k Package Our client is a leading fitout contractor based in the Midlands who specializes in retail interior fit out contracts They turnover in excess of 30m per annum and have a project portfolio which consists of a variety of blue chip clients including some well known high street chains They are now looking to recruit and additional experienced Estimator to work as part of their existing team The successful candidate will ideally have interior fitout experience of contract values up to 3m Estimator Duties Assisting in defining specifications through accurate and timely estimates to provide better production cover costs and better suitability to the customer and the company Undertaking site visits in preparation of tenders when required Ability to communicate with post project team Contributing to the management of key accounts and divisional business planning and budgeting...
