In this role you will be assisting the lead planner and planning managers working on tender planning construction planning and progress reporting Tender planning involves full appraisal of all tender information site visit developing construction logistics methods and programme and preparation of full submission document Pretender and site based planning experience is beneficial
Construction planning involves taking the tender programme and logistic and developing these in liaison with the allocated Project Manager to produce a more detailed programme for the control of the project including information release and procurement programmes Progress monitoring involves updating the Construction Programme with actual progress and entails some site visits and agreement of actual percentages agreed with the Project Manager
Requirements
Indepth knowledge of the construction process with minimum 35 years practical experience
