We are a major UK colocation managed hosting and cloud services provider we are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer based at our Milton Keynes Datacentre

The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing primarily over the telephone with customers to deliver 1st Level technical support for our related products and services This job involves 247365 shift work

Duties Responsibilities

Manage all incoming calls emails and faxes to the technical support line These include problems queries and requests regarding our services
Manage incidents to completion within the service desk tool
Respond to customers within Support SLA directly to the customers and liaise with IT consultants or partners where necessary
