Job purpose
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager within our South East operation based in Rainham The General Manager will maximise operational efficiency and profitability within the region whilst managing developing and motivating their teams in Operations Customer Services Engineering and Sales To instil a customer driven culture throughout the region enhance the company brand within its chosen markets and achieve objectives by working through others
Responsibilities
Work with Directors and Senior Managers to ensure that the hire fleet and new stock is available in the quantities and disposition required by policies forward forecasts and plans being aware of the need to minimise costs
Maximise fleet utilisation across the region and support the UK as and when needed
Minimise transport costs throughout the region
