My client is a reputable and well established finance company based in Reigate They are currently looking for an experienced Service Management Officer to manage all IT Service providers and the services they provide to the company and subsidiaries You must have experience of working in service management in the IT industry and be ITIL certified
You shall be responsible for defining managing and reporting on all service level agreements across a variety of 3rd party service providers establish a framework for monitoring customer satisfaction with the services and provide elements of hands on IT Support when required
