HR Business Partner required for a leading blue chip organisation
Based primarily out of Grimsby the HR Business Partner will proactively support and partner current contracts and Bids in their region by developing relevant people strategies to deliver great employee experiences minimise Employee Relations issues to help improve service delivery by understanding key business performance criteria and identifying the potential impacts of change
On an operational level this will involve you in ensuring compliance with agreed procedures advising on TUPE and other issues facilitating reviews and appraisals generating meaningful KPIs and resolving any employment disputes and you will enjoy close collaboration with Learning Development colleagues in enhancing our clients skill base
