JOB ROLE PRODUCT SUPPORT AUTOCAD TECHNICIAN This is an interesting role working closely with the RD department to provide AutoCad drawings and design Data to help find suitable solutions to design problems Youll have a background in Engineering Construction Building or related field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCT SUPPORT AUTOCAD TECHNICIAN
Provide phone based Technical Support
Provide Autocad drawings
Maintain up to date accurate records of drawings
Maintain product libraries and relevant standar documents
Respond to product enquiries
Develop training materials in Autocad for customers and inhouse departments
Skills Qualifications Experience PRODUCT SUPPORT AUTOCAD TECHNICIAN
Ideally ONC HNC or related in a building related field Engineering
Knowledge of CAD preferably AutoCad and DTP Excel and database software
Customer Focussed
