Based in Hull
Up to 1874 per hr ltd or umbrella
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day safe operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and will perform general laboratory activities within the Specialist Analytical Techniques area
The technician based activities can be categorised into three elements
1 Ensure safe compliance with the necessary laboratory standards is maintained
2 Help maintain capability of selected analytical techniques
3 Deliver RD analysis via a small portfolio of test methods training will be provided in a limited number of methods initially and expandedaltered as required
The Research analysis to be performed may be in one or more of the following functions
Catalyst characterisation solids
SeparationsGC liquids and gases
Elemental analysis solids and solutions
Experience required
A Level science or equivalent Chemistry preferred
