I have an role available for an experienced RTApersonal injury litigator to head up a successful and expanding RTA team in the Cardiff You will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of RTA personal injury and uninsured loss litigation procedures as we as bringing a proven success rate in ideally claimant cases
As a team leader within the RTA team you will be responsible for a team of litigators and junior litigators primarily focused on fast track RTApersonal injury and uninsured loss claims You will need to provide advice on case law and procedures for the team as well as checking the work of the junior litigators to ensure it of the required standards and ensuring claims are settled in the best interests of the claimant You will be supported by other personal injuryRTA and uninsured loss professionals to enhance the success rate of the RTA team
