Duties will include
Demonstrating company values and business ethics
Develop team members through coaching ensuring regular 11s take place to support this
Identify both team and individual training needs and work with the training team to ensure these needs are met
Manage performance implementing development plans with the team
Adherence to all budget constraints
To deal with customer concerns in a satisfactory manner
To communicate where necessary executive policy and procedures
Adhere to the companys Equal Opportunities policy Health and Safety policy and Data Protection
Any other duties as determined by the department Director that is in accordance with the position
