Stafffinders are currently looking for a Receptionist for a large professional organisation in the Renfrewshire
The ideal candidate will have
Previous switchboard experience
Previous experience in a admin role
A professional manner when dealing with clients staff
A flexible positive attitude
Duties
Operating a busy switchboard
Meeting greeting of clients
Booking meeting rooms taxis couriers etc
Assist with basic Health Safety duties
Assisting with new starts work experience students
Updating maintaining in house system
Hours are 830am 530pm Monday Friday
