An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual with a broad building services experience background preferably qualified in a trade either fabric or technical holding appropriate certification and qualifications for the role Ability to manage multiple sites primarily in Healthcare therefore experience in this field would be advantageous Able to motivate organise and manage others including specialist sub contractors IT literate in Word Excel Outlook and able to understand and provide reports to meet contractual requirements Good understanding of building systems and fabric in relation to new and existing buildings and able to follow defect processes Ability to manage FM packages both Hard and Soft FM
