Our client is a world leader in construction and facilities management with contracts and offices across the UK and worldwide They are currently looking for a mobile Fabric Technician to cover the Bristol and South Wales Area on predominantly retail contracts
Key Responsiblities
To cover all fabric building maintenance
Lamping duties
PAT Testing will be put on 1 day course
Building work Joinery Plastering Painting Tiling
Assist with basic plumbing and electrical duties
The Ideal Candiate
A strong background in all the areas mentioned above preferably in a retail environment
Must be self starters and proactive in finding work once PPM jobs have been completed
Excellent customer services ie taking client through completed work
