Our client a highly respected housing association based around South Buckinghamshire is currently recruiting for a temporary Income Officer The role is full time and will last for approximately 3 months Duties will include
Effective monitoring of rent accounts to identify and act when arrears arise
Visit tenants to discuss payment problems and offer advice relating to budgeting and welfare benefits to maximise tenant income
Negotiate and agree suitable repayments and set up direct debits for tenants
Enforce tenancy conditions serve notices and prepare cases for court
Attend possession hearings to present evidence to secure injunctions and attend evictions when required
