Our client holds the contract managing maintenance for a Blue chip Client providing both electrical and mechanical maintenance solutions which is deemed critical to the clients operations on site in the South West London location
The Role
The successful Electrical Technician will carry out planned preventative maintenance reactive maintenance and extra worksemergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on electrical services and associated systems
Main Duties
Report plant problemsfailures that may impact on the clients business
Ensure that all plant and BMS checks are completed on time and all problems found are recorded and communicated to the Supervisor
To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order
To ensure onsite quality assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate recordsdocumentation associated with the mechanical aspects of the PPM and plant
