Senior Planner Construction West Midlands
My client is looking for a Senior Planner to work on both tender and live works construction projects across the midlands
You MUST have the following to be considered
5 years in construction planning
Top 10 Main contractor experience
Project experience in Education Healthcare Commercial or Leisure sectors
Track record of permanent employment
Proficient in Asta Power Project or P6
The Senior Planner will be part of a small team of planners working on both tender and live works You will be responsible for creating cost and resource loaded programmes Critical Path S Curves and Earned Value Management Given that this will be a senior role there will also be an element of mentoring less experienced staff
