My client who provides a range of insurance and Accident Management solutions has a great opportunity for a first response handler dealing with the customer notification of claimsaccidents
We are seeking a customer focused individual who is looking to begin or take the next step within the insurance market to fill this role
Duties Responsibilities
To take telephone calls from customers reporting an accident to their vehicle
To communicate with repairers and suppliers regarding the collection of non driveable vehicles and windscreen repairs
To accurately record all the relevant customer and accident details
Skills Experience Required
Basic knowledge of vehicle makes and types areas of the vehicle and damage
Basic insurance knowledge
Excellent telephone manner
Admin experience
