Due to growing demand my client is now investing heavily in their totally dedicated Land and New Homes department This provides developers and land owners with a unique and bespoke hands on service Based within the estate agents you will be working alongside developers and their existing sales teams You will also be locating new land opportunities
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the role whilst offering a fantastic basic salary with commission However the right candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role if not you must have solid listing and estate agency experience and have the drivepassion and commitment to improve and already successful department and lead it to continued growth and expansion
