Our client is a nationally recognised building maintenance contractor who has a strong specialism in the housing market place
Owing to an increase in staff numbers they are seeking to appoint an experienced Helpdesk Manager who has experience of running a repairs maintenance team
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the successful Helpdesk Manager will have experience of managing a large team delivering to tight deadlines
The ideal Helpdesk Manager will have excellent man management managing a team of helpdesk operatives and exposure of working within a similar position in a Building Contractor Environment
To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must have the ability to motivate a diverse team set targets for the team manage KPIs for call response times and ensure they are met on time within the set turn around times
